Drivability/performance checked

On a Carfax report what does “Drivability/performance checked” mean? I am looking at purchasing a used car, i understand most of the things on the carfax report such as “Four wheel alignment performed”, “Brake fluid flushed/changed”, and “Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed”.
