Usps no secure location available

What does no secure location available mean when Usps can’t deliver your package?

Does it mean they can’t find my address, they deliver yesterday and it said on the tracking number notice no secure location available and I reschedule a redeliver online and on the phone for tomorrow this package is very important to me. What does this mean?

It also means that the USPS person was simply too lazy to deliver that last package, so he or she just uses this ‘insecure’ description as an excuse. Happens actually VERY FREQUENTLY in the Bronx, NY. Out of my last 5 packages ordered, 2 of them recently got the same problem. This is a very frustrating problem. If this ever happens, just go to your nearest Post Office; They store it there after they label it as “insecure location available’. After some time (probably a few weeks) they will either steal it, or send it back to the seller. Gotta Love USPS!
